The Smith NL-400 Backpack Sprayer offers a practical solution for quickly and efficiently melting ice around offices, factories and other workplaces, reducing the risk of injury during winter. Offering an optimal level of comfort, efficiency and performance, its built-in agitator is able to handle liquids, powders, and water-soluble solutions - keeping them mixed, in solution, and ready for application.
Featuring a 15 litre capacity tank and outstanding power, it pressurises to 150psi, achieving 65% higher pressure than leading diaphragm pump backpacks, enabling the user to easily spray hard-to-reach areas and create more precise spray patterns.
There are multiple nozzles that can give the user different types of spray action to control the flow and pattern of the spray. These include: a wide fan and flat fan, a specially patented high foaming nozzle, and an adjustable brass nozzle - the wand can also accept TeeJet nozzles.
The no-leak internal pump safeguards against harmful chemicals spilling on the user, allowing for reliable, worry-free operation. It also includes a 21 inch stainless steel wand with poly lining and the highest quality Viton® seals for maximum chemical resistance.
It is fitted with an oversized cap for simple and economical filling, whilst the patented pump design has minimal high-wear parts (60% fewer replacement parts) and can be repaired in minutes without tools, resulting in less downtime.
